Custom Parts Manufacturing with Laser Cutting and CNC

One of the greatest challenges in classic car restoration is sourcing spare parts. Many components have been out of production for decades and are impossible to find. At Gredos Garage we have invested in laser cutting and CNC machining technology to manufacture any part our projects require.
Precision Laser Cutting
Our fibre laser cutter can work with steel, aluminium, stainless steel, brass and copper in thicknesses up to 20 mm. Laser precision is ±0.1 mm, guaranteeing parts that fit perfectly. We manufacture:
- Engine and body mounting brackets
- Repair panels cut to the exact profile
- Metal exhaust and manifold gaskets
- Identification plates and emblems
- Decorative pieces and grilles
CNC Machining
For three-dimensional parts requiring precision milling, turning or drilling, our 3-axis CNC machining centre produces components to hundredths-of-a-millimetre tolerances. This enables us to make: hydraulic fittings and connectors, suspension bushes and sleeves, pulleys and gears, threaded caps and fittings, and model-specific fasteners.
From Design to Finished Part
The process begins with the original part (or its drawings) as a reference. We digitise it using digital-calliper measurement or 3D scanning. Our design department creates the CAD/CAM file and programs the machine. Within hours the part is ready to install. If the original is too deteriorated, we can design the part from scratch based on manufacturer technical documentation.
Materials and Finishes
We work with a wide range of materials: carbon steel, 304 and 316 stainless steel, 6061 and 7075 aluminium, brass, bronze and engineering plastics. Parts can receive surface treatments including galvanising, chrome plating, anodising, bluing or powder coating.
